I am a custom surfboard shaper and glasser. My shops are in Santa Barbara and Isla Vista. Mehl Custom Boards specializes in custom retro boards such as eggs, bonzers, singlefins, hybrids, noseriders, fishes and other shapes as well.

I love to talk about design and concepts. So, if you are not sure exactly what you want in a design, we can talk about it and figure out what would work best for your style and the area where you like to surf. In addition to custom boards, i am now making custom hand planers for bodysurfing too.
